Ocean City Development started with a simple goal. We wanted to help homeowners sell their property without the hassle that comes with showings, needing to make repairs, negotiating, getting appraisals, waiting for financing, extensive cleaning, and the uncertainty of the housing market. We provide an alternative to listing your property that is dependable, honest, and transparent. Buying and renovating homes is our passion and we get really excited about creating a wonderful property for a family to live in. Tom Cafarella
Co-owner
Tom grew up in Revere and graduated from Revere High School. He was a CPA prior to getting into real estate. He is one of the co-owners of Ocean City Development and currently resides in Melrose with his wife Diana and 4 kids – Kate, Brett, Dane, and Cole.
Scott Mandell
Co-owner
Scott grew up in Revere and graduated from Revere High School. Scott, one of the co-founders of Ocean City Development, lives with his wife Donna in Revere and has two children – Bill and Noel. Scott and Donna also have 4 grandchildren.
Bill Mandell
Bill grew up in Revere, and attended and graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in Peabody, MA. Bill, one of the co-founders of Ocean City Development, is also a CPA and currently lives with his wife Sabrina and two boys – Nico and Luca.
